i've been thinking a lot about love and the role it plays in our lives.

i used to be someone who believed in the whole 'true love, happily ever after' notion.
eventually though i lost my faith that such a love was possible because i thought i had it with someone but i made a mistake and ruined it. so obviously i assumed that i would just move from person to person without feeling anything for them what so ever.

so i proceeded to go through men like tissues. it was the worst choice i could have made and a lot of people were hurt when it could have been avoided.

I started to think romantic love was just a lie, something to get you to go buy things on valentines day.

yet as it had before love chooses to appear when you just don't want it. but more likely then not you need it.

i don't know why i felt compelled to type this. maybe it's just a way to pass the time or maybe i want to remind myself that no matter how much you're heart breaks after you lose someone that in the end time and help form people around you will help heal you. and eventually everything that seemed Grey and somber is filled with color and joy again.


i'm not saying everything goes back to how it was before because everyone in your life leaves a impression on you and changes you.

and wither you notice it or not it's just the process we go through as human beings.
